    341 Monday....Halloween!!

UUGGHH!! Our 341 it on Halloween which is tomorrow I'm so nervous, It just natural. I have heard that most are going very easy. we really need our income tax for 2005, I really hope we can work on it to keep most of it. I also had bad checks which, IF the trustee wants to get picky he doesn't have to discharge!. I'll let you know tomorrow.

Genenco - You came thru for me again. That was pretty good advice.

But don't freak out if your trustee is in a costume-take it as a good sign that he/she has a sense of humor!

          Anyhow, good luck!
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Good luck, I had my 341 on Friday and it was very stressful. Our trustee asked all kinds of questions of people. He did the same with me. Since I am married and filed by myself he had way too many questions for me about that but I was just honest, had my lawyer close by and it was over within 5 to 10 minutes, it seemed longer than that but my hubby was there and he said it was really very quick.

I think I was in shock for several hours afterwards because it wasn't until that evening that I really felt the joy of it being over and hearing him say I find this a no asset case and you are free to go. I know I have to do the 60 day wait but other than that I feel so greatly relieved.

You will be in the thoughts and prayers of all of us on this forum.

Oh Yea, I wondered why the Trustee might not discharge the bad checks. Just curious, I had not heard that but I am learning a lot here.

Anybody remember Red Skelton and his Freddie the Freeloader? Might be the costume for tomorrow.

I'd worry if your trustee's wearing this:
