Anyone want to take a guess how long before the supreme court removes this from the Post Oct 17th 05 law?
Whether you like lawyers or not it just seems strange
that our govt. FORCES anyone to advertise this statement:
"We are a federally designated debt relief agency pursuant to Title 11 of the US Code. We provide legal assistance and help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy
Code."
Just feel that in a free society people can run their business (even lawyers) advertising the way they want to, as long as they use a certain amount of ethics.
I know this is small potatoes to some of us, but I value the US constitution more then life itself especially since so many died to defend it.
