QVC ShopNBC or HSN secured debt?

I purchased a TV from Shop NBC back in December on a 5 month flexpay. I only compelted 2 months before not being able to afford it any longer. The tv broke during our move in May so we threw it out. Does anyone know if these types of debts are secured or not? I am filing a chapter 7 and will be including this.

It should be unsecured. It probably isn't worth their time or money to try to go after it anyway.

we had something similar with HSN and no questions were asked...

chpt 13 11/25/08 converted 7/7/09 to a 7. No assests and surrendered vehicles...
9/2009 Scores 515-565 & working up from here...10/9 they havent budged yet....why does our puppy & bk lawyer have the same name...lol Discharged 10/28/09 now the real work begins
