Gee, I'm going to start a credit card company.

This is not the way to build up your credit again. There are reasonable cards out there for people who recently went bankrupt. Try to find one that reports to all three credit unions and don't be late.

I know, start the lawyer jokes now. I actually thought about putting a section of lawyer jokes on my site just because it's the kind of humor I enjoy, but the wife nixed it, so that wasn't professional.

These kinds of fees are going to be illegal starting next year with the CC reform bill taking effect. They are trying to make whatever money they can now. Same for the "Hi, you minimum payment just trippled" thing so many people are complaining about now. They are trying to get evey penny oout of that nonsense before January 1.
                Filed: 9/9/2009
                341: 10/13, went well!
                Discharged 12/17/2009
