lol, I've read some of your posts and you think you are smart, however, you aren't. The annuity pays for my college, and I am out of state and still have to pay MORE aside from that. I did get screwed on a car which is in court right now, so until you know about the situation don't talk about it.

I never undeerstood why both of my daughters turned down approx. $12,000 in state scholarships to go to college out of state, but they did and they got scholarships and jobs and we (her parents) helped and they got what they wanted and got through.
BTW, I have one daughter who never has been really good at managing money, while the other one got through one whole school year where whe almost never spent more than $1.00 a week in order to save for travel that summer. (Yes, that is correct...$1.00 a week!!!)

Well I was at an in-state college. My parents moved while I was in college to lovely retirement Florida. Once I got myself into all this mess they wanted me to move closer to them..hence "out of state" now cause I haven't been a resident for a year. and let me tell you its amazing at the price difference. My pre paid college tuition paid the whole tuition at my other university..here it doesnt even pay 30%. Tried to tell my parents but hey that's what they want what can I do
