Just Filed. Question about Debt Not Yet Charged Off

My lawyer filed my case on Friday. I looked it up on PACER (I now see how addictive that site can be so I need to be careful).

OK here is my question and I hope I can be clear with it. For items which have not charged off yet, will they still be generating interest and late fees or does the stay stop all further fees. Also if more fees are generated, if the debt is discharged, the amount on the date of the 341 is what is discharged, not the amounts on the day of filing?

For example, I included an overdrawn bank account which will not charge off till Feb 22. Right now it is at -600 but by the 341, it will be at least -1000. Now assuming this debt is discharged, it would be the -1000 that is discharged right? Am I making sense here? Thanks for all your help

Amounts aren't important when you list a creditor. Just list the creditor and what ever amount you have info on at the time of filing. WHatever the amount turns out to be, it's all discharged.
