Can you run some sort of query on PACER uing a particluar attorney's name? If so, how?

Well yeah. In the query screen type the name and select Attorney from the drop down list.

Be careful! 8 cents per page, with no limit.
If the attorney has been practicing for 15 years... well.. you get the idea.

Good point! lol! You can also select only open cases or only closed cases in there.
