Not public, but a private sale....

OK, got the nicest letter (I think) of this year.

NOTICE OF OUR PLAN TO SELL PROPERTY

    __ At Public Sale

    (Info, where, when)

_X_ At private sale after Jan 3rd which could include lease or sale.

I could get the collateral back, if I cough up $25,000 (I giggled at this) like I want it now????

I still have the keys! Hmmmm.....find where it is...and "Borrow it"...(Just kidding folks!)

This means (To me) that it most likely will take anywhere (Depending on the idiot who buys it) about 2 more months before they finally get around to me..Then another month for court/judgement..Hee hee hee..Too late!

"Secret Weapon" will have been deployed and I disappear!

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Gen, are you referring to an automobile or home?

Ummm...Car, as that no house in this area would go for less then $45,000

Even just the shell would fetch $35,000 One burned 3 streets over, exterior still good, went for $55,000 (Yes, land here also rising)

Those beautiful "double-wide" homes sometimes sell for that.

              Please NOTE::

              Lightenings response of:

"Those beautiful "double-wide" homes often sell for that."

This phrase can be taken both ways, just depends on WHO you are!!!

It can be taken as a sarcastic remark to those that live in doublewide mobile homes (like myself).

Or he can just be making a statement that a nice doublewide mobile home often sells for that price range.

Depends on how you interupt his phrase........ Lightening is very good at this type of answer....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
