House Auction to be 03/12.. so.. the deed??

The bank is having an auction on the 12th of March. We have a rental and we are ready to start moving this weekend. We should be out by the 12th and I will turn off all services on that date??? At this point the bank or someone else will own it right? I don't want to be in the way of someone else moving into their home, so we are ready to go. I just wanted to make sure that the bank or someone else will now own this place so I can shut stuff off and stop my homeowners. Thanks for all your replies..
