    Fellow Northern Illinois filers??

I was wondering if you have noticed the Illinois court system being slow?
I heard of people waiting a week or 2 past their scheduled deadline for objections in order for Pacer to update their case, however I have also heard the discharges coming in as soon as 24 hour post scheduled date.

So my question has anyone noticed a lag in the Illinois system?

Our 341 was on 10/31/05, and the trustee posted no asset on 11/02/05...that was fast....hopefully they will be on the ball for discharges too!!

Pink I am in Southeast Missouri and my discharge posted 24 hours after the last day for objections. It seems to me that the courts are trying to get the discharges completed rather quickly and maybe they are not wanting to go into the new year with a bunch of overdue discharges, especially ones that have absolutely no objections.

Anyway, I just thought I would share that as we are fairly close but not same state. Hopefully you will get the same timely response to your discharge as you did to the posting of your 341 meeting. Hang in there you only got one more day

Call the court clerk, a few days or a week after your deadline, if you don't see it. They can enter it manually. (Worked for me.)
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
