Silly question about credit cards....
okay, I kept all of the actual credit cards because I was not sure if I am suppose to hand them over or not even though they are closed. Am I suppose to shred them or take them to the 341 and give them to the trustee?

Since the accts are closed, that piece of plastic is symbolic only, and has NO value to anyone. You can shread them, scissors them, frame them, use em for dart practice or as a spacer to prop up the short leg of your end table. The TT would have NO interest in having them. -
Okay thanks, there was a question on the sample questions that my lawyer gave me if the credit cards were destroyed or not so I was not sure what to say. ;)Comment

Atty just doesn't want you out there using them, which would jeopardize your discharge.
But since the accts are closed, no problem there. GLComment

The day I retained my sttorney, I came home and cut up every card I had....should have done it years ago.Comment
