    Posters who are not real....

One (Or more) were saying a poster seemed not to be honest or real..In other words, we were being "Jerked around"

Please, don't let that stop you from offering advice. If they are "Jerking us around" they'll quickly get the message of "We'll help you, but not to commit a fraudulent act, or encourage such"

If they ARE real, they will take our advice and prosper from it.

To paraphrase "Better to feed a rich man, then to let 10 poor men starve"

So, don't let what seems to be an imposter ruin your willingness to help anyone who asks.

I agree, Geneco. Even if the person who posts the question/scenario IS full of it, the responses might help someone else.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I, personally have nothing to hide. This forum and the people here have been a big help to me and if I can help someone else, I will be glad to share my experiences and advice.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

I second that. I found this forum by total accident and while I'm not a lawyer or what not, I'm glad to be able to offer advice and/or get it. I have found in my short time here this forum is much more matured, etc than some others I am a member of.
I'm not a lawyer or legal expert, just offering advice on what I may have gone through and/or have knowledge of. Good luck!

I wonder if Lightning is Noah Leibowitz (sp) on collectionindustry.com. That guy spews vitrolic statements about debtors. He cuts *no* slack towards any debtor.

I, personally think that Lightening is a "rich, spoiled, little boy" he is probalby working on his 10th year of college becuase he doesn't know what he wants to do when he grows up. He gets off on making other people miserable or being offensive.
Wild Bill incarnate, probably what he looks like too. BUT, he could piss you off and make you laugh at the same time. I know, he is a clown intern with Barnum and Baily Circus.

                  Hey Kam,

I just took a look at one of his postings on that site and he is cruel. It seems like some of the other people on the forum don't find him very amusing either. He is a jerk.
