ok..filed on oct 5..still pending..meantime my checking acccount has gone to negative 600 or so...can i file on my checking avvount balance using an amendment? Will it be erased..I realize this will hurt me in the "checking" system...but will open another checking account b4 all this gets processed..any clue anyone? Thanks and happy new year!!

If your checking balance went below $0 after filing, you'll need to find a way to make it right. You cannot include debts that happened after your file date.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.
