    File not available

Any experts on post BK matters who would know why my case would still say "File may not be available" on Pacer, in other words, not at the Court, not at the storage facility?

Case discharged almost two years ago and closed a little over one year

It is on mine, and each case I looked at. Probably a standard thing.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Must be a standard thing - been on mine almost 2 years now.......

After a while I'm sure they may take some things off pacer and file them away in courthouse records..... but strange, I looked up a friends bankruptcy that happened 12 years ago and it was still listed and info available...

Nice day today here in KY - yesterday almost 65 degrees and today 59.....AWWWWWW SPRING WEATHER.... Tomorrow is supposed to be 34 all day....

One thing about Ky - the weather changes rapidly - summer this morning - winter tonite.......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
