Care Credit card, is it dismissable in BK?

I have a "Care Credit" card that I applied for at my Dentist's office when I needed alot of work done and didn't have insurance. I'm wondering if it is really a "credit card" or just a line of credit from GE Money Bank. That is who the payment is sent to. Is anyone familiar with this card? And is it dismssable in a BK?

You should be able to BK it. It's not really much different than BKing medical bills.

Deadline to File a Complaint: March 8, 2010

CareCredit is a revolving line of credit offered by GEMB. It is unsecured and can be discharged.

I had Care Credit discharged in BK. I actually had my son's hearing aides, only the hearing aides, on the account. It would have been very easy for them to have claimed it as secured (even the language of the credit agreement said it was) but I never heard a word from them. Son is still able to hear when he has them in too.

I actually just got a $1k credit with them not to long back...if I remember
right, its easy credit...I filled out the online application, 2seconds later
it said approved...it did not even pause...

I need about $3k worth of teeth services done in my mouth...
some of it has been done, but not all.
