Has anyone had CitiCard or BOA file AP against them?

Just wondering if anyone has had Citcard, Citi/Sears card or/and BOA card file an AP against them? If so what was it for?

Citi filed something against me... not sure what it is yet because they had the police try and deliver it to a family member's address instead of where i actually live.

The OP is referring to an Adversary Proceeding (AP) filed DURING BK...as I recall SNC, you are not even in BK yet....so it was probably just a summons for a lawsuit from Citi.
