I haven't filed bankruptcy yet.
Anywho, I did call a few lawyers today, suggested the few ideas I received on here.. basically they said they would look at them as fraudulent. I liked this one lawyer a lot, and he gave me a great idea.
Sell the car, use the money for school (because my parents do pay for my schooling ..which out of state is about 6k a semester) .. that will eat up most of the money right there..and just have them get me another car.. because essentially we aren't out of the money because they have to pay for my school anyways. He said that will work. I just have to use most of the money ahead of time (which won't be a problem) because I Just started a new semester and we did pay cash so yeah. I think it will all work out now, and aside from that I don't have any assets! Still got to talk to the parents about it, but I'm sure they would rather do that than lose 8k from a judgment.Comment
