going to meet with the lawyer tomorrow to sign-off on our patition for chapert 7.. Any advise on what we should look for or be aware of?

Just go over it all very carefully, item by item. Take your time and don't sign it if it is incorrect. From reading these threads, some attorneys can't figure out how to fill out those forms correctly. Really double check all of your expense and income and exemptions!
