I asked the PACER center if I could get an E-mail notification every time a new document is added to a case and they told me to contact the court. The court clerk told me PACER is inquiry only and only attorneys who can file documents can get such E-mails. I have an attorney but I still would like to get this if it is available. Does anyone know anything about this?
