Chexsystems question- I don't understand

So I ordered my chexsystems report.
On it, there is a US bank account listed, which I closed months ago.
The account was not overdrawn at all when I closed it, and there were no outstanding overdrafts of any kind on it.
this says "Reported For: Account Abuse" "Original Charge Off Amount" $574.22
Closure Status: Not reported

What does this mean? I just opened a new checking account with US bank last month with no problem whatsoever...this entry to me looks like for some reason they think that account was overdrawn and never paid. I'm not sure what to do with this?

In this case, I'd start by talking to the bank - since you have a current established account relationship with them.

Don't call 800 customer service - talk to your branch people. It could be a case of crossed files (that happens quite frequently with Chex reporting).
