Well, we plan to file BK, but not sure when. We plan to include the houes, so we are just waiting until we must file papers.

It has been so depressing going through all this. I finally got a job, but even with that we are still about 14,000 under the median income.

We just paid for a week long vaction, 1,300 to be exact. I know this was probably a bad thing to do because of such a large purchase, but we need to have some time to gain our sanity again. The kids are even starting to be affected.

How long should we wait until we try to file? If we waited about 3 months then filed, would there be an issue with the trustee? What would happen if the trustee had an issue with the purchase.

Oh, I am in Michigan and plan to file BK 7.

I wanted to clarify.

The purchase was made from my bank account and I haven't charged anything on credit for about 16months now.
