Found an attorney

Well, we have found an attorney we "like."

Probably going to wait until November 1 to file - my wife got an unexpected (and probably never will be repeated) bonus in March, so we want to get 6 months past that to have more leeway under the median.

We are going ahead with this. Hopefully early in 2011 we'll have this behind us.
