Hi! I had a consultation with an attorney. He said his fees are $1,600 +$299 for filing. I am being sued in Jan by Citi. I have been able to work extra hours, but I still only makre $9/hr at 30 hrs. I could easily give him $300 a month, but I dont know if he would accept that. The $300 would be the money I have been paying on CC. Any suggestions on how you saved enough I would so much appreciate. Thanks!!

Depends what Chapter
Depending on whether you are talking about a Chapter 13 or 7, it may be possible to put some of your payments into the plan, should you be referring to a Chapter 13.Comment
