    Thanks for posting this, debee. It's an interesting read. I'm having a hard time figuring out which way the Court is leaning. Seems like there may be a split among them. I'm hoping they go with the simple approach - you either own the car or you don't.

        Yes thank you for posting this. This definitely applies to my case in more than one way. I am a little scared that this is even an issue right now. We have a car that is inoperable and a car that we pay the payment on and incur all expenses but the car is not LEGALLY ours. It is in someone elses name. My attorney said it was fine. I sure hope he is right.
