    Pacer Question

I finally was able to access my case on Pacer---
and found just very basic info---since I'm pre-341.

However---there was a category marked Flags---
and next to it was FinMgt---which I know means
    Financial Management.

Can anyone comment on this category?

Since I am a newbie, I will preface my answer with "BEWARE, I am new to this!" - but isn't FinMgt the flag for your post-filing debtor education course?

ETA: It is!! Yay! No worries!!

      Well done, ValleYum

feelingnutsy, you can take that Financial Management course and submit your certificate to the court as soon as you get it. Most accounts I've read on this forum state that there was no issue submitting it prior to your 341 (myself included), but I have read one or two that said it was specifically required for them to submit after the 341. When I was looking into it, the only certainty I found was that you have only till the 45th day after your 341 to file the certificate. Having it done before the 341 just felt like one less thing for us to worry about.

They just changed that to 60 days. It's only been effective since December 1st. It's in FRBP 1007. Here's a taxi to it: http://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frbp/rules.htm

Thanks for the info and links---everyone---and you did
very well as a newbie---ValleYum---since I've been here
for a while---and didn't know what this abbreviation meant---
and at least I know not to be alarmed---I was really curious.
