Fender Bender question

We just had our 341 meeting Wednesday and Friday someone pulled out in front of me and smashed the front end of my truck. It's still driveable but their insurance is going to pay to have it fixed. Since it's not totaled should I tell my lawyer about it? Any money is going to go to have it fixed and not any extra. We're not suing so no money there.

It won't hurt to tell your lawyer about it. He'll probably say it doesn't matter because it happened after you filed, but ask him and find out.
