Settlement for BK Stay Violations - we're close!

Got word today we are very close to a settlement - have a court date sometime in March, however the attorney representing the company that violated - called our lawyer yesterday and is looking to settle!

Have no idea how much, but - at least they wont do it again to anyone else, or the very least, will think long and hard about it first!

Will keep ya'll posted!
