The last year before I filed I was getting calls from 8 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. at night. (Thank God for caller I.D. I couln't have lived without it:-) Then, it also took about a year after I stopped paying them, for BoA and Capitol One to send me summonses that they were going to sue me.
One of the best things, shortly after I filed BK, was for all those nasty phone calls and letters to stop. I'm sure it does get better.
