Also, I am 30 years from retirement and do not have anything close to the 1 million threshold. Besides, shouldnt a bankruptcy judge decide this not the bank, beside I havent even filed yet???

update... After calling the bank they informed me that the transactions were a mistake and have since returned the funds. ???
