It depends on your case. In my view chapter 13 is very beneficial for us as compared to chapter 7. It gives you a chance to keep all your assests. By filing chapter 13 bankruptcy, you pay back your debt within 3- 5 years. It means it gives you a chance to reorganize your finance and reduce debts.
