Can they find my corporation,is that a dumb question?

We are in Florida!
I need to take a look at the LLC deisgnation. We were a C, but I changed to S for this year to save on taxes (and tax filings, since as an S we don't have to file a Florida corp return).
I know if I was a trustee, I would have someone in my office running names through sunbiz.
