Help with Income Vs Expenses???

Just wanted to throw in a quick "P.S." here- my lawyer listed cable t.v. as one of my expenses and I sort-of questioned him on it, like "Won't they think that's frivolous??" He said they don't tend to question it as an expense because people have a right to stay informed on current affairs, which is way easier to do when you have CNN as opposed to just local news channels. Plus, I'm a home schooling mom so I would have told the trustee I liked having Discovery and History channels for educational purposes! She did not question my cable t.v. expense, though.
