Morgage law changes

I've been away from the forum for a while was wondering if anything has changed relating to changing or lowering interest rates on Mortgages thru BK.

I did a rewrite 4 years ago and now the interest jumped to 5%, and is very underwater, with a second that hasn't been paid in 4 years.

So I was looking to see if any 7 or 13 could now help.

I'd be more concerned about the 'very underwater' part than an outstandingly low 5% rate. I've not seen anything to suggest that cram-downs are likely anytime soon.
