Steps in BK

-Between file date and 341 meeting:
Trustee will notify all creditors about one's BK. Auto stay begin (no more phone calls, no more sending out collection notices...). If there is something not right or not enough infos, trustee will request more infos, explains prior 341
-2 months after 341:
Waiting to see any objection from creditors? What happen if there is objection? If there is no objection----->FREEDOM?

Please correct me or fill in any missing process.

You got it about right. If there is some objection, I would say (as it happened to us) they will make it in writing and the Judge decides (as in our case). 'Hub
