    Pre-Filing Credit Counseling

    Below is a link for Pre-Filing Counseling Service my attorney gave me. It only cost $5.00 if you require the Certificate for your filing. Everything is done online.

    Great Deal as I have seen places that charge $50.00 or more.

    Welcome KAM...is this the one you were refering to.
    This is the one i used and had no problem getting the certificate.
    Alabama and N Carolina. are the 2 states that it Can't be used .

      I don't see a link??? I spent $40 so $5 sounds like a deal. Do they do the 2nd required class as well?

          well KAM we are both on the same page...i forgot to add it too.

          mountanddo..i think they only do the pre-filing stuff.

            Attorney gave me another site that only charges $19 for the post filing debtor education
