I am excited/nervous to see what our attorney has figured out. I am assuming that the petition is for Ch 7 as she has not mentioned Ch 13. I have talked with my husband about not re-affirming anything & he wants to keep vehicles if we can. I told him I am not signing to re-affirm and if he just wants to pay and see what happens, that is fine, but I am not signing to re-affirm.
Finally, I feel like we are getting somewhere. My husband doesn't want to talk about it too much until we meet with attorney. Will see what happens.
