Selling things after BK..............

this is just a wondering question it;s looking pretty good for a Chapter 7 waiting to see what our home is valued at they are coming Thursday if that goes well planning on filing July or Aug. The question we have is after discharge if we wanted to sell our home in about 5 to 7 years is that okay and if so if we make any profit does it go back to the BK court to pay off creditors. We don't want to do anything wrong as we like our freedom just really want to make sure we do everything right by the courts.
