So my Pacer says I've been discharged as of 12/26/12, Also says Terminated 1/9/13 and something about case closed on 1/11/13. What does all of this mean? Was I actually discharged on 12/26?

As one of the moderators explained to another forum member - if PACER indicates your case is discharged, it is indeed discharged. You can print the document easily enough, but you will be receiving a copy from either your attorney or directly from the BK court. I did not know until recently that actual closure of the case does not occur with the discharge. It usually occurs a short time later, as in your own case. The "terminated" status is a new one on me, but since your case is closed it can hardly matter. -
