I have started filling out schedule J. I saw another post where they listed expenses such as pet food, personal products, stamps, etc. How do you list those? Do I put them on a separate sheet of paper?

I think I may have just answered my own question. Amazing what a little quiet time will do for a person.
Do I: at #17 where it states other, put see detailed expense attachment. ? If so, Where do I get the form from. In chapter 6 of the nolo book it has an example on the back of the page, but there is no detailed expense attachment in the forms section.
