      I See! I always thought a person was subject to a lien only if the account was in bad standing. Thanks for the info. It's very much appreciated.

        Think of this way, with an auto loan or home loan, it's a lien if you haven't paid for it full.

        Please keep up posted on this situation. Could be valuable info for anyone/everyone else.
