You personally don't need to add them. They are asking for the Court to "notice" them by entering an "appearance" on behalf of some creditor. It usually also contains a message asking for all papers in the case to be sent to them.

Now, the Clerk will update the mailing matrix. If you ever need to serve anything on all the creditors, or even that specific creditor... get the latest matrix from PACER to make sure you have the right addresses.

i had my 431 meeting today and all went well. the trustee told me that i did a great job on my paperwork and even said that he wishes others would take time to do such a good job. but anyways they asked me a bunch of questions and then since i filed pro se he had another set of questions but all went well. he said someone else may call just to verify the questions that he asked me as far as the pro se goes but he doesnt think they will call.

also i got a letter in the mail today from someone that wants to be added to the matrix so he can be notified, whats up with that and how do i add him. he is a lawyer for a hospital i owe. any input on why he would want to be notified and how to add him?

Since you are pro se, you should receive something on the taxes. There are certain things that need to be filed at least 7 days before the 341 Meeting. You should probably check your Trustee's website for further information. I would be inclined to call the Trustee's office to see what they need prior to the meeting.

ok so if i dont get a letter in the mail saying i need to bring anything then maybe just take it upon myself and maybe bring a couple copies of everything to include my taxes and all paper that have beeb filed with the court. and if i do get a letter from the trustee i should send what he has asked for but also take a coule copies with me to the meeting.

For example: 09-XXXXX-A83 would be Case No. XXXXX in 2009 for Judge ABC, that's in "8" Division for a Chapter 13.

I know it may be confusing, but it helps the Trustee and Court personnel know who the Judge is, what case it is, etc, etc.

"JTL" are the Judge's initials. The Case Number usually looks like this: 09-XXXXX-ABC where "09" is the year, XXXXX is the case number and ABC is the presiding Judge.

The list shows $1353.75 monthly and I am guessing that is before taxes? Right now I am bringing home before taxes $1808 so I am guessing I don't count.

just as justbroke said it is before taxes so if you are at $1808 then yeah you would be beyond the $1353.75 and may not qualify to have fee waived.
