Which do I also have to file?
I am filing a response/objection to the USTs motion to dismiss.
He filed a motion, and a declaration which states a lot of what is in the motion (pretty much the documents are the same), and a Request for Judicial Notice.
Aside from the response/objection, which I have the form for. Do I also need to file a declaration, and what does the request for judicial notice mean and do I do anything about it?
