Original Creditors, Debt Collectors and Taxes

I wanted to confirm if I have to include Debt Collectors who have bought debt from Original Creditors or is it sufficient to just include OC?

Also, I did not file my 2008 taxes but will be including 2003-2006 back taxes in BK...Should I file my 2008 taxes before I file BK?

To the extent possible, list the OC as the debt and list the debt collectors as "also notify", so they will be included in the matrix. Just don't list duplicate debts.

I am pretty sure that you HAVE to file your 2008 taxes. I was told that I had to be sure to have filed the past 4 years, which I had done, but then the Trustee only asked to see my last 2 years of returns.
