Chapter 7 and back taxes (installment agreement)

Could the fact I am on an installment agreement with state and federal taxes interfere with my filing?

    Thanks

The taxes are for years 2003-2009 but I just filed all of them in 2008/2009 so they don't qualify to be discharged however I want to know if anyone has had any issues filing if they are not looking to have them discharged and want to continue paying the installment agreement?

You will not have issues. HOWEVER, the installment agreement you currently have will be terminated by the filing of your Ch 7. They can not collect on your installment agreement during your BK automatic stay period. Once you are discharged you can contact the IRS and start a new installment agreement with them.
        Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
        Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..
