We were discharged in our no-asset Chapter 7 BK yesterday!
Would have happened sooner, but I had to file a motion to re-open after failing to file the education counseling info in time. That was dumb, but WAY better than paying someone a bundle for the BK version of a 1040EZ form! Well, maybe it's not as simple as that, but between this forum, the Nolo book, which I *highly* recommend and a little assist on the motion from the court's assistance office, it couldn't have gone smoother.
