Stupid question but I need to make sure

I am filing pro se chapter 7 and unemployment is my only income do I need to do anything to make sure I do not lose it. I am a no asset case I just want to make sure my unemployment will remain.

Your unemployment isn't taken from you if that is what you are asking. We're in Michigan and my husband's unemployment was not taken... nor was his income when he finally got a job part way into our bankruptcy. Best of luck to you!
