    PACER, can one file electronically?

Is PACER a way for an individual to file electronically? Is it even possible to file electronically?

PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.

    Short answer, no.

Pacer is not an input system, merely data look-up. Most lawyers do have e-file as primary way of filing, but last I looked it was not avail for pro-se.

Technically, there are two systems...there is PACER and there is the CM/ECF. PACER is technically available to anyone and as stated, is simply a look-up

CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing) is how the court manages cases and how attorneys file case electronically in the federal court system. Pro Se individuals DO NOT have access to that system.
