    Repo furniture

So I received a letter from the place I got my furniture. I bought most of it two years ago and then one piece one year ago. The letter stated they suggest I voluntarily give the furniture back or make payment.

My question is if they decide to come repo it before I file in a month, do they have to get a court order to do so?

I know if I had filed they would have to ask for a replevin or something but what if I have haven't filed yet for bankruptcy?

It's weird they sent a letter dated May 18th saying I had five days before they sent it to a lawyer and suggested I give back the furniture or make payment.

Then a letter dated May 20th said nothing about giving the furniture back or the lawyer but said I had to pay the last two months payment.

I can almost assure you that no one is coming after your used furniture...
and do you really think they really want it? you have options.

1: give it back if you think they will take it..
2: dont give it back, and let it go to collections...
    3: pay up!

if you gave it back, do you think that will just
wipe the slate clean, and you owe nothing?

They do not want your used furniture, they want $$$

There is a lot that I loose sleep over, but this
would not be one of those times...
