Chrysler dinancial and bk dismissal

In my experience, Chrysler Financial is ruthless when it comes to repo'ing vehicles. Having said that, we filed ch13 and gave the vehicle back. C.F is the only company that had their lawyers send me paperwork when they filed a claim in regards to our BK. So, now that we may dismiss our case, for various reasons, is it likely they'll come huntin' me down? I still haven't recieved any notification of them selling the vehicle. How would I find that info out?? Also, how long does it take to start a garnishment on what we still would owe them, assuming our case gets dismissed?

Funny, I had a casino do the same thing with me, they copied me personally on their filing of the proof of claim.

I call this "harassment within the law".

You probably won't hear from them until they sue you for the deficiency balance after they liquidate the collateral at auction. (Well, you'll get a demand letter first, most likely. That seems to be a prerequisite to a lawsuit.)
