    1099-a AGAIN?

Hello all, I am coming to the end of my Chp 13 and surrenderd my home 2 years ago, the home was included in my original filing and was told by my attorney that I could walk away with out obilgation. My mortgage company paid for taxes and insurance with the payments I sent monthly prior to surrendering the home. After the forclosure I was snt a 1099-a and filed with taxes with 2010 was told not responsible due to home included with chp 13,....Well getting ready and I have another 1099-a same property!!!! Why do i have report this again?

That is odd...perhaps double check, were both 1099-A, or was one a 1099-A and the other a 1099-C?

both are 1099-a diffrerence between each is the first had a check mark for borrower responsible for debt and fair market value listed as was listed 45.000 (2010) second one (2011) fair market value now $50.000 and no chk mark for box for borrower responsible for debt? Is this a violation of some kind?
